I'm karyn pronounced like corrine and i wanna eventually get fit but i also don't wanna be intimidated by all it takes, so this is my journey of study and planning so i can slowly transition into one of those fit people you see all over social media instagram and stuff.
FIRST UP:
No workout required, just collecting data. Potential workouts, how to begin, recipes and meal plans... it's overwhelming but it's an entire lifestyle change so be patient about it, step by step.
So this is what i will be doing for the next month - giving myself plenty of time to feel comfortable with a lifestyle change that will require less ice cream probably. Again be patient ;)
I'll be posting things on this blog as a way to keep myself orderly for all the data i collect before i start getting a move on it myself. Here it gooooes.
